1.7 Return Shipping

  • Wivora is not responsible for items mistakenly returned that were not purchased from us

1.8 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after approval
  • Payment methods:
    • Online payments → Refunded to the source
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refunded to bank account or wallet
